Here at Natural Chic, we like to think of ourselves as your personal jeweler. The utmost care and attention is given to each piece of jewelry that leaves our studio; each piece that we produce is truly a labor of love.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so we have taken care to describe the specifics of each of our designs, however, if we left something out or if you have any questions whatsoever, please feel free to email us, we would love to hear from you. You can expect an answer within 24-48 hours.
Most items ship 2-3 days upon purchase. Some items can be shipped sooner.

I accept PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards and bank debit cards with a credit card logo). You can process your payment through PayPal even if you don't have an account set in place. Simply, just follow the prompts at check out.
PayPal is a great way to do your online shopping. Your financial information is not shared with us, its hassle free, quick and it is the safest way to pay.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship USPS First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service which has an arrival time of 3-5 business days.
An upgrade to priority shipping (with an arrival time of 1-3 arrival) is available for orders $75. and over.
We ship to the address that is listed on PayPal.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to provide an exchange within 7 days after receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned and arrive unworn and undamaged.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If something is wrong with your order, we need to know within 7 days and we will be happy to fix it.
An exchange can only be made once you have contacted us for arrangement and we have received merchandise.

We are able to make adjustments to most of our pieces. If you would like something lengthened, shortened, please email us.
